This Digital Product Policy & License explains how digital products purchased from Brands Go Viral may and may not be used.

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using one of our digital products, you agree to this policy.

Digital Products

Brands Go Viral sells digital products that may include:

  • Canva templates
  • Social media templates
  • Business forms
  • Marketing materials
  • Flyers
  • Branding materials
  • Editable documents
  • Downloadable digital files
  • Other digital design resources

Unless specifically stated otherwise in a product listing, no physical product will be shipped.

Your License

When you purchase a digital product from Brands Go Viral, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product in accordance with this policy.

You are purchasing permission to use the digital product, not ownership of the original design or intellectual property.

Permitted Uses

Unless otherwise stated in the individual product listing, you may:

  • Download and access the purchased product

  • Edit and customize templates for your own business or brand

  • Add your own business name, logo, images, colors, text, and other content

  • Use customized designs to promote your own business

  • Publish your completed customized designs on your own website and social media accounts

  • Print completed customized designs for use in your own business

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Resell the original template or digital file

  • Redistribute the original template or file

  • Share purchased files or template links with other individuals or businesses

  • Transfer your license to another person or business

  • Upload the original files to file-sharing websites or marketplaces

  • Sublicense the product

  • Claim the original template or design as your own original creation

  • Sell or distribute minimally modified versions of our templates as competing digital templates

  • Use our products for fraudulent, deceptive, illegal, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful purposes

  • Remove or circumvent technological restrictions intended to protect our digital products

Client Work

Unless a particular product listing or separate license expressly permits client use, the standard license is intended for use by the purchaser for the purchaser's own business or brand.

Purchasing one copy does not automatically grant the right to distribute editable templates or source files to multiple clients.

Contact Brands Go Viral if you require licensing beyond the standard permitted uses.

Intellectual Property

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, or ownership of the original product or design.

Brands Go Viral retains its rights in original content and designs created by Brands Go Viral, subject to any third-party materials or rights incorporated into a product.

Third-party trademarks, fonts, photographs, graphics, Canva elements, and other materials remain subject to the rights and license terms of their respective owners.

Canva Templates

Certain products may require a Canva account.

Customers are responsible for maintaining any Canva account required to access or edit a template.

Some Canva elements, fonts, photographs, or features may require Canva Pro or another paid Canva service. When applicable, customers are responsible for those costs.

Brands Go Viral is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Canva.

Access and Compatibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description and determining whether they have the necessary software, accounts, devices, or technical capabilities to use a product.

We cannot guarantee that third-party platforms will maintain the same features, pricing, compatibility, or availability indefinitely.

Refunds

Digital purchases are subject to the Brands Go Viral Refund Policy.

Because digital products may be accessible immediately after purchase, sales are generally final and non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Violations of This License

Unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, sharing, or other use outside the scope of this license may result in termination of your permission to use the applicable product and may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights.

Brands Go Viral reserves the right to take appropriate action to protect its intellectual property and enforce this license.
