Digital Products Only

Brands Go Viral currently sells digital products only. No physical products will be shipped or mailed to you.

Because our products are delivered electronically, shipping fees do not apply to purchases made through our website.

Digital Delivery

After your purchase is successfully completed, you will receive access to your digital product. Depending on the product purchased, your order may include:

  • Downloadable digital files
  • PDF files containing access links
  • Editable Canva template links
  • ZIP folders containing your purchased files

Most products are available for download or access immediately after your payment has been successfully processed.

Canva Templates

Some of our products are editable Canva templates. When applicable, your downloaded file will contain a link that allows you to access and customize the template in Canva.

A Canva account may be required to edit these templates. Some templates may contain Canva Pro elements or features that require a Canva Pro subscription.

No Physical Shipping

Please note that purchasing a digital template, printable, form, flyer, branding kit, or other digital product from Brands Go Viral does not include a physical or printed product.

If you choose to print your purchased designs, you are responsible for printing them yourself or using a third-party printing service.

Problems Accessing Your Order

If you do not receive or cannot access your digital product after completing your purchase, please:

  1. Check the email address used when placing your order.
  2. Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
  3. Confirm that your payment was successfully processed.
  4. Contact us if you are still unable to access your purchase.

When contacting us, please include your name, email address used for the order, and order number so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Email Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address during checkout. If you entered an incorrect email address and cannot access your purchase, please contact us for assistance.

Refunds

Because our products are digital and can be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If you experience a technical problem accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
